In the 2011 article on bridal trends I wrote something about shoes. Wedding shoes at all: not so different from 'normal ' shoes. In the past I went on this blog or rant against all the ugliness that exists when it comes to bridal shoes, but the tide begins to turn. The fact is that there is now considerably better than bridal shoes on sale three years ago when I started blogging.
My advice at that time was just beautiful buying designer shoes instead of the former bridal shoes, which is advice I still might, but no longer a necessity. It is of course just to make you look good before you a few (bridal) shoes to foist.
They still do, the ugly bride shoes, but there is growth. Even as collections of Elsa colored shoes, to name but one example, have won something in sophistication, but it can and should still prettier than that. You want your bridal shoes but not a step backwards compared to your everyday footwear collection? To illustrate, I put down here some shoes from the Italian firm Penrose, from Bologna (traditionally a shoe town) and maybe you also have the nice boots Delphine Manivet pass by a few posts back.

All about Wedding Shoes
When the wedding outfit is chosen, it is time for the finishing touch: the shoes! The last thing you want is to worry about sore feet on your wedding day. Finding the perfect bridal shoe is not always easy. Like all other accessories will determine your wedding shoes to a large extent, the effect of your outfit. To what extent your wedding shoes will be seen, of course depend on the length of your wedding dress
Pull the shoes you have chosen and try to feel like how the shoe feels. If you immediately think 'ouch', pull them out again. Wedding shoe should feel comfortable and you feel like you are on these shoes one day can hold. Buy the shoes are not too tight especially because at the end of the day put your feet always. It is therefore useful to your wedding shoes at the end of the day to adjust.
It is a myth that your wedding shoes first do it. If you attract the shoes, they must immediately sit down.
Notice the heel, as you know in advance that you are not the whole day to walk in high heels, opt for a slightly lower heel. The length of your partner and the length of your dress is also something to take into account when determining the heel. When trying on the dress may therefore be nice if you have to know about which shoe you prefer.
Tip: If you are leading not much longer than you? Do not go for whole flat wedding shoes, but shoes with a small heel. Your legs look better when you walk in heels.

Buying and Preparation Wedding Shoes
Have u ever married? It must be busy to make all the preparation including the dress and the shoes. What about the shoes? I think a bride should be blooming and perfect, just like the wedding and the wedding day, and for a perfect bride, there should be perfect wedding shoes. To help you buying the perfect one, here is a guide that you can follow to buy that perfect pair for that very special day.
Choosing a color
You should match it with the wedding dress that you wear. Most the wedding dress is white but there are different shades of white, diamond white, pearl white, bone white, satin white, etc. The color of the shoes doen't has to be 100% same with the color of the dress, if you wear a pearl white wedding dress, you can match it with a diamond white color of wedding shoes. But if you pick your own color wedding dress like pink, don't match it with a green wedding shoes.
Style
beside color, style should be your next priority, your shoes should fit the occasion and the place. For example if you have a beach wedding or a garden wedding it’s not advisable to wear stilettos. For an evening event, you can use strappy evening sandals. Remember both shoe and dress need not be fancy, quite the opposite, you can wear fancy shoes for a simple dress or simple shoes for an extravagant dress, so that they sort of balance each other.
Comfort
After choosing the style and color, you must try your shoes on, remember you’d be wearing your shoes for the whole day, and maybe on the reception as well, you’d be expected to be in those shoes for more than four hours, and during the reception, might be asked to dance in them. Don't forget about the size, it shouldn't be too tight or too loose. You don’t want to get blisters on your special day so make sure that your shoes are comfortable especially to stand for a long time.
Details
If you want details on your shoes like crystals or rhinestones, make sure that the color , sheen and style match those of your dress, don’t wear bejeweled shoes on a gown that doesn’t have a single bit of crystal on it or you’ll look like an upside down lampshade when the lights hit you.
Extra shoes
If you think that your dancing shoes should be different than your actual wedding shoes, and you’d want an extra one, make sure that the heels of your extra shoes match those of your actual shoes so that your gown doesn’t look too short or too long when you wear them.
Alterations
Remember to bring your shoes with you when you’re getting your dress made or altered, this’ll make sure that the length of your gown matches the heels of your shoes, you won’t want your dress to drag or to look like its too short don’t you?
* Tips:
- Buy shoes towards the end of the day. The foot expands during the course of the day and you want to buy shoes when your feet are at its largest size.
- Wear your shoes inside the house before the wedding, do this until you can wear your shoes for 4-5 hours without hurting, this’ll make sure that the shoes are soft and comfortable on your wedding day, just don’t wear them outside.
